Parental Right to Know ACT

In compliance with Alabama Act #2024-35, and the Parental Right to Know Act, the following is a list of textbooks and instructional materials used in our classrooms.

Parents and guardians have the right to request a detailed summary of instructional materials, including books available for student reading and the class syllabus provided by the teacher. This information can be shared through email, phone, or other electronic means.

To make a request, please contact your student's teacher and school principal. If the school does not respond within 30 days, you can submit the request to the MCSS Superintendent's office using the form below.
